Line 1 - 15 characters (will appear in a scripted font)
Line 2 - 10 characters (this will appear in a larger font)
Line 3 - 25 characters
Line 4 - 25 characters
Line 5 - 25 characters
Line 6 - 25 characters

The personalisation on line 1 will appear as entered in a scripted font. Lines 2-6 will appear in fixed upper case with Line 2 appearing in a larger font.
